Information about our Singapore executive leadership development service agreements and policies

1. General Terms

These Terms of Service govern the relationship between Director Growth Rise and our clients for all executive leadership development services provided to directors and senior executives. By using our services, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Scope: These terms apply to all leadership development services provided by Director Growth Rise, including executive coaching, leadership training, and organizational development programs. Any changes to these terms must be agreed upon in writing.

2. Service Scope

Director Growth Rise provides leadership development support for executives, directors, and senior professionals. Our services include:

  • Executive Coaching: One-on-one leadership development, strategic thinking, and personal effectiveness
  • Leadership Training: Group programs, workshops, and skill development sessions
  • Organizational Development: Team building, culture transformation, and change management
  • Assessment & Profiling: Leadership assessments, 360-degree feedback, and development planning
  • Custom Solutions: Tailored programs for unique organizational and individual needs

The specific scope of services will be defined in individual agreements. Additional services may be arranged separately.

3. Client Obligations

Clients must provide accurate and complete information, actively participate in development programs, and pay invoices on time. Commitment to the development process is essential for achieving desired results.

4. Fees and Payment Terms

Fees are based on the type and complexity of leadership development services. Payment terms are specified in each agreement. Late payments may incur additional charges.

5. Liability and Warranty

Director Growth Rise provides services with professional care and in accordance with Singapore law. Liability is limited to cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct. Warranty is limited to correction of defective services.

6. Confidentiality and Data Protection

All client information is treated as confidential and handled in compliance with Singapore data protection laws and GDPR. Records are maintained as required by law.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. Development materials will be returned after settlement of all invoices. Records are retained as required by law.

8. Final Provisions

Applicable Law: These terms are governed by Singapore law.

Jurisdiction: Singapore.

Amendments: Changes to these terms require written agreement. If any provision is invalid, the remainder remains effective.

Effective Date: January 1, 2025.

9. Refund Policy

If a client cancels a leadership development program before any substantive work has begun, a full refund will be issued minus a 10% administrative fee. Once coaching or training has started, refunds are not available except in cases of proven non-performance by Director Growth Rise.
